West Ham and Brighton face off at the London Stadium with the two sides having experienced very different starts to the 2022/23 Premier League campaign. The visitors recorded a fantastic 2-1 win at Old Trafford against Manchester United to open the season before a 0-0 draw against Newcastle at home in the second matchday. Brighton sit eighth with four points in the very early days of the new season. Their opponent West Ham has struggled out of the gates, suffering two losses from the first two matches while failing to get on the scoresheet. However, the Hammers were able to get their first official on Thursday after getting past Viborg 3-1 in the Europa Conference League.
