Watford host Spurs in the early Premier League kick-off this Saturday with The Hornets now in 17th place after a string of brilliant results lifted them out of the relegation zone. They've achieved this feat thanks to a new manager bounce. Nigel Pearson has filled his team with confidence and reinvigorated talented players to perform at optimum levels. Tottenham were hoping to get a similar result when they sacked Mauricio Pochettino and appointed Jose Mourinho in his place in late November. While they have climbed the table - they were 14th when Pochettino was sacked, now they're eighth - results remain patchy and performances unconvincing. The most recent showing saw Liverpool come to their ground and claim a 1-0 win. While the highlights video might make this seem like a close encounter, the reality of the match was that Liverpool were far superior. They recorded more than twice the amount of passes (796) as the home side (388) and had two-thirds of the possession.

Mourinho is trying to bring in players in January to bolster his squad and cover positions that have been blighted by injury. Harry Kane is expected to miss most of the rest of the season and they'll badly miss his goals. Spurs are still adapting to the Mourinho era and could be caught out by Watford's energy and enthusiasm. They're third in the form table having won four of their last five matches. We don't see why they should fear this Spurs team still searching for an identity. Backing the Hornets in a Draw No Bet wager seems like a good shout.
