Sunderland are in deep relegation trouble and just so inconsistent at present. Their defence just can't be trusted one bit and have conceded in their last nine games in all competitions including nine in the last three. The only plus for them at present is that Jermaine Defoe has started to find the net with a hat-trick at Swansea and van Aanholt has scored in the last two games. A win here is really important for Sunderland considering their next three league games are against Man C, Liverpool and Man U. Bournemouth used to be a poor team that nearly went out of business but so far this month have spent £16m on new players. That has worked so far though with £10m signing Afobe scoring in the 3-0 win over Norwich City last weekend. They are currently three points clear of the bottom three and six ahead of Sunderland so a win here would certainly ease their relegation worries. Bournemouth haven't won in their last two away league games but they were against the top two in the table. Sunderland are really inconsistent at home so backing them isn't easy. Bournemouth also have their problems on the road so a bet on both teams to score could be the best way of getting a profit here.
