Spain trounced hosts Italy 2-1 and France staged a great comeback to dump Belgium out with a 3-2 win. Spain have been dominant in recent matches against France and this, they’ll hope persists in the game. The Spaniards go to this game on three straight wins, and two clean sheets in the last five matches with both teams having scored in three of the five. Three of their last five matches have seen over 2.5 goals scored, while Spain themselves have scored two or more in the last three games. In the Nations League they’ve lost just once in the last seven matches, but they have just four clean sheets in 10. Ferran Torres has been their biggest threat in recent times, with four goals in the last three matches. He scored two in the win over Italy.

France will go to this game boasting more experience than the young, rebuilding Spanish team. A repeat of their second half performance against Belgium should be good enough for this game, but defensively they still have issues.
