Sunday's final curtain in La Liga will come from Estadio Carlos Tartiere, where Oviedo will be playing host to Spanish giants Real Madrid. Los Azules and Los Blancos are 18th and eighth in the league standings, respectively, after the first week. Let’s get into the match prediction.

Oviedo sealed their return to the Spanish top-flight after a 24-year hiatus last season, beating Mirandes in the playoffs, with 40-year-old Santi Carzola one of the players on the scoresheet.

Unfortunately, Los Azules were given a harsh reminder of how life in the top flight goes last week when they conceded twice in the space of seven minutes and suffered a 2-0 defeat to Villarreal.
