Real Madrid will be at home to welcome Panathinaikos in a mouthwatering EuroLeague basketball clash. Madrid come to the game sitting top of the standings, 12 points clear of third-placed Panathinaikos. Real Madrid have won 22 of the 26 matches they have played in Europe.
