PSG have secured their spot in the knockout round but have not been impressive in the group stages. They will want to end the group stage on a high when they welcome Club Brugge to the Parc des Princes in the final round of matches in Group A. They are on eight points, four behind group leaders Manchester City and cannot catch the group winners. Club Brugge are last in the group with four points. PSG are coming of two disappointing draws against Nice and Lens and surprisingly have only scored one goal in those two matches. They will want to continue their dominance at home in the Champions League and have only lost once in their previous 29 matches since the 2012/13. PSG have played Brugge three times previously and have never lost to the Belgium side. They have only ever lost once in 13 previous matches against Belgium opposition.

Club Brugge are bottom of the group on goal difference as Leipzig also have the same number of points as them. They need a victory in this match to try and  claim the Europa League position. A victory alone will not be enough as a Leipzig win will see them hold onto third position. A draw for the Belgium side could be good enough for third spot if Leipzig lose to Manchester City. Club Brugge have only kept one clean sheet in eleven away European matches against French opposition. They come into this match with decent away form having won their last two matches on the road but had two defeats prior to that.
