Porto are one of three Portuguese sides in the last 32 of the Europa League. Braga play on Wednesday, so there might only be two left by the time this game against Bayer Leverkusen starts. Porto lost the first leg of this tie 2-1 last Thursday, so a 1-0 home victory would be enough to take them through to the last sixteen. They trailed 2-0 in that game but a goal 17 minutes from time has put them in with a great chance of qualifying. Porto followed that game up with a 1-0 home win over Portimonense on Sunday. Again it was another late goal with an 87th minute winner that took them top of the Portuguese Primeira League. Porto have won six of their last eight games with just that loss in Leverkusen. Home form has seen them win 12 of their last 13 including beating Benfica. In the Europa League, Porto have two wins and a draw this season.

Bayer Leverkusen are fifth in the Bundesliga and come into this game having won each of their last five games. They started the season in the Champions League but could only finish third behind Juventus and Atletico Madrid. Leverkusen lost to both of those sides away but did win at Lokomotiv Moscow to clinch third spot and move into the Europa League. Their away form is solid with only one loss in their last four games. They continually score on their travels but there aren't too many clean sheets. A bet on both teams to score is the suggested wager for this match.
