Portland Trail Blazers aren't quite living up to their name this season. They are currently bottom of the Northwest Division of the NBA's Western Conference with a 9-15 season record. This is a chance to get a win though with a home match against the New York Knicks who have a season record of 4-19. That's left them bottom of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference. Portland could do with a win to boost their outside chances of making it into the postseason. They are currently 12th in the Western Conference, a couple of wins behind the Phoenix Suns. They have lost three of their four games this month but did get a home win over Sacramento making it four wins from their last nine at home.

The New York Knicks have the worst record in the Eastern Conference and have lost all four of their games this month. They got close against Indiana though, losing by just a single point. Their last nine games have all ended in defeat with no wins since November 18. Nine of their ten away games this season have been lost and another defeat looks likely here. Go for Portland to get the win with -6.5 points.
