The Phoenix Suns will be looking to get back to winning ways when they travel to play the Magic in Orlando. They come into this NBA regular season fixture sitting sixth in the Western Conference while the Magic are eighth in the East. The Magic are no longer the team that dominated at the start of the season. Jamahl Mosley’s men have won just seven of their last 22 fixtures and no longer have that fear factor about them. This poor return has seen them drop to now being just a game above .500. Orlando has lost four of the last five matchups and is on a two-game skid. They were defeated 107-106 last time out away in Memphis. Gary Harris missed the game due to a calf issue and could be unavailable for this match as well. The Magic have the fifth-best-ranked offence and will hope to be at their best to stifle a rampant Suns team.

The Suns are coming off an agonizing 133-131 defeat in Indiana to start a six-game road trip in the East. Their 19th defeat of the season, ended an impressive seven-game winning run. It was the longest that Frank Vogel’s men had gone without a defeat this season and they will be eager to get right back on the horse. Phoenix has won nine of 14 meetings with Eastern Conference teams this season and three of those wins have come on the road. One of their wins was against the Magic in the first matchup of the season between the two earlier this month. Phoenix is ranked in the top 15 in both offence and defence and is averaging 116.7 points a night when away from home. Bol Bol and Damion Lee missed the trip to Indiana and could again be absent here. Eric Gordon did however return after missing two games and should suit up again here.
