The Brooklyn Nets will be away to New York rivals the Knicks seeking to end their current losing run in the NBA. More than 15 games separate the two in the Eastern Conference with the Knicks in fifth having the advantage over the 11th-placed Nets. The Knicks saw a four-game winning run snapped last time out and they will be eager for an immediate response. Tom Thibodeau’s men were undone 113-100 away to the Nuggets. Their 28th loss of the season saw them drop out of the top four in the East. They now trail the Magic by half a game and this isn’t where they’d want to be with the playoffs just around the corner. But having dominated against the Nets in recent matchups, New York will be confident of success here. The Knicks have won the last four meetings with Brooklyn with the last two being this season. O.G. Anunoby will continue to be sidelined with an elbow injury. Julius Randle and Mitchell Robinson remain long-term absentees.
