Nantes vs PSG Prediction & Betting Tips - Ligue 1

Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain travel to Nantes this weekend for a clash at the Stade de la Beaujoire. PSG started the season off in dreadful form, losing their opening two matches, but have since bounced back to what they feel is their rightful position in the table. They have won six consecutive games in the league and face a struggling opponent on Saturday. Nantes are 15th in the table after only taking eight points from their opening seven matches. Coach Christian Gourcuff will hope that the recent 3-1 home win over Brest was a turning point in their campaign. However, a winning streak is unlikely to continue with the toppling of PSG. After all, Nantes have lost 19 of their last 20 matches against PSG in all competitions. PSG have also won nine of their last 11 away matches in Ligue 1, a record that suggests another win will be recorded for them here. Thomas Tuchel rotated his team in midweek but they still picked up a 2-0 win at Istanbul Basaksehir in the Champions League, Moise Kean getting both goals. 

PSG have been battering domestic opponents in recent weeks, scoring at least four goals in each of their last three league matches. Superstar forward Kylian Mbappe has been particularly impressive away from home this season, finding the back of the net three times in his three away appearances in Ligue 1. PSG tend to dominate from the off but that doesn't mean they take the foot off the gas after the break. They have scored in the second half of each of their last eight games.
