Both of these two sides are in good form and this looks like being one of the games of the weekend in the Bunesliga. Borussia Monchengladbach are third in the table and they host Bayer Leverkusen, who are fifth and just a couple of points behind them. Monchengladbach won 3-1 at struggling Eintracht Frankfurt on last weekend scoring twice in the first seven minutes. They are only six points behind league leaders Bayern Munich, so their title challenge is very much on. Monchengladbach have just one loss in their last eight league games and it took second-placed Borussia Dortmund to inflict that defeat on them. Nine of their 13 home league games have been won with just two losses. Although they have strong home form, 11 goals have been conceded in 12 league games.

Bayer Leverkusen are battling for a Champions League place and are only a point behind faltering Leipzig. Their return from suspension didn't take place until Monday but it was worth waiting for as they won 4-1 at Werder Bremen. Those opponents are one from bottom and in deep relegation trouble. They will find Monchengladbach a much harder side to get points from. Seven of their last nine league games have resulted in a win with four of their last six away games also ending in victory. This should be a great game and a bet on both teams to score looks the one to go for.
