Miami Heat are sitting pretty at the top of the Southeast Division in the Eastern Conference of the NBA. They have a 22-8 record and will look to improve that with a win over Indiana Pacers. Miami are third overall in the Eastern Conference with only Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics above them. Home form is the main reason for their lofty position with 13 out of 14 games won this season. Nine of their 12 games this month have been won with the last three all won. Five out of six home matches have ended in victory, the other being a three-point loss to the Lakers.

Indiana are 21-10 for the season, second behind the Bucks who have won 27 matches this season. The Pacers start this game sixth overall in the Eastern Conference and a position in the postseason looks very likely. They have won 14 out of 17 at home but their form on the road isn't so hot. The Pacers have won seven but also lost seven. Four of their six away games played this month have been won but their last away game ended in a 28-point loss at Milwaukee. Form is good though with six wins out of seven but five of those victories have been at home. This is a lot tougher and the tip is for a Miami home win.
