Lyon take on Juventus in the Champions League next week but before that go to Metz in Ligue 1. Metz are down in 15th place and only two points above the bottom three, while Lyon are in 11th, six points adrift of the final Europa League qualifying place. Their most recent home fixture was against Bordeaux, losing 2-1 despite taking a second minute lead.
