Leicester City will be feeling the heat when they welcome Crystal Palace to the King Power Stadium on Saturday. The Foxes are third in the table but have failed to win since the restart and their rivals are catching up. Chelsea are now only one point behind in fourth with Manchester United and Wolves a further two points back in fifth and sixth respectively. Eleventh in the table, Palace have relinquished hopes of a surprise Champions League challenge after two successive defeats. They are ten points off fifth (and sixth), but seventh, and a qualifying spot for the Europa League, is only three points away. Leicester were great at home in the first half of the campaign but their form there has dovetailed in recent months. They have failed to win three of the last six matches on their own turf, so Palace will be confident that they can get a result. Although Palace lost the reverse fixture earlier this season, they have a good recent record against Leicester, winning the previous four encounters. Two of those wins were at the King Power Stadium and Palace have been decent on the road of late, winning two of their last three away, the other being a heavy defeat to Liverpool.

Leicester have the league's top scorer in their ranks and they were scoring goals for fun earlier in the campaign. However, since returning, they have struggled to find the back of the net. One goal in three games won't be good enough to fight off their rivals for a Champions League spot. Palace have a decent defensive record and have kept four clean sheets in their last six games. Leicester  will find it difficult to get back into the scoring swing when the Eagles come to town. Both teams have been involved in low-scoring matches recently, with five of their last six featuring fewer than three goals. Back under 2.5 goals for this fixture.
