Leeds United will be eyeing a second straight win when they welcome Hull City to Elland Road on Saturday. The Tigers start this game two points behind their hosts and here’s our prediction for the match.

In their last outing, The Peacocks bagged their first full haul of three points in beating Sheffield Wednesday 2-0. This win presented the team’s second consecutive clean sheet, signalling improvement in defence.

The team had in their first two games of the season conceded six goals. After failing to score in two games, goals from Brenden Aaronson and Daniel James will lift spirits at Leeds. They take on an opponent they’ve dominated in recent meetings.

In the last four league matches against Hull City, Leeds won three and kept as many clean sheets.

Hull City will be making an attempt at a second win away to Leeds United in six matches. Their previous five visits produced four defeats and they head into this one as underdogs.

The visitors are among the eight teams yet to win a game in the league after three rounds. Their elimination from the League Cup earlier means Hull City are winless in all competitions this season. It doesn’t look very promising as they head to a venue they’ve recently struggled.

While they are yet to win a league game, they haven't lost either. Their unbeaten start is, however, in danger of being blown here, looking at their head-to-head record against Leeds. In Hull City’s last 16 Championship matches, they managed just three wins.
