Juan Manuel Cerundolo vs Matteo Berrettini Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP French Open

After a series of surprise results, this match will produce an unseeded quarter-finalist at Roland Garros. Unseeded Juan Manuel Cerundolo is up against Matteo Berrettini. Both players have been including several tie-breaks so far and our prediction is more than 0.5 in this match.

The winner will take on either 19th seed Frances Tiafoe or unseeded Matteo Arnaldi in the last eight.

After beating the top seed Jannik Sinner on clay in round two, Cerundolo had another long match against unseeded Martin Landaluce. He needed five sets to get past the Spaniard and all but one of those went to a tie-break.

This is his first time past round two of a Grand Slam event.

Matteo Berrettini was a quarter-finalist at Roland Garros five years ago. This is his first time in the French Open since then due to injuries. He has had an inconsistent year on clay  with an 11-9 record. Only one ATP Tour quarter-final has been reached and that was in Rio.

On his return to Paris, Berrettini has dropped sets in all three of his matches and needed five to beat Francisco Comesana in the last round. 

He's played four tie-breaks so far in this tournament. 

Berrettini is up to 74th in the live rankings, 30 below his opponent.
