It's round 36 of the La Liga season and this is the final match. Real Madrid are second in the table and travel to Granada who are tenth in the table. What will the situation at the top be when this game is played? Real will drop to third if Barcelona win at Levante and be five off the top if Atletico defeat Real Sociedad. Their dream will be that the other three teams in the top four drop points before they get on the pitch. Real drew their last match 2-2 at home with Sevilla, twice going behind and equalizing via an Eden Hazard goal in the 94th minute. That preserved their 15 game unbeaten run in La Liga but they could have done with a win. Away form for Real has them unbeaten in their last 12 league games. Five of the last seven away La Liga matches have been won.

Granada lost at Real Betis on Monday leaving their hopes of another season in Europe in tatters. With three games remaining, Granada are seven points behind seventh placed Villarreal. That's all but eight because Villarreal beat them on head-to-head results. Granada come into this game having lost three of their last four league match. Their home form has produced nine league wins this season. They needed those as only four have been won on the road. The last six on home soil have seen them win three and lose three. Another defeat looks on the line here. Back Real to get the win but will it be one that takes them to the top of the table, only time will tell.
