Match four on Tuesday’s evening session at the 2025 Darts World Grand Prix will see Gerwyn Price face off against Ryan Searle. The Iceman is ranked seventh, while Heavy Metal is 19th, according to the PDC World Rankings as of the cut-off date. Let’s get into the match prediction!

Gerwyn Price enters the 2025 Darts World Grand Prix as one of the favourites to win his first title since 2021. He was eliminated in the second round last year by James Wade. 

The Iceman has had another excellent year so far, which includes three Players Championships, the Baltic Sea Darts Open title and the Poland Darts Masters title. 

Price opted to sit out the PC30 tournament last week in preparation for this competition and has a record of 10 wins and five defeats in his last 15 matches across all competitions. 

Meanwhile, Ryan Searle was eliminated in the first round of this competition last year by Nathan Aspinall. His best run at the GP was reaching the quarter-final stage in 2021.

Heavy Metal started the year strongly by claiming the PC4 title against Cameron Menzies, and after a few months of underperformance, he seems to have rediscovered his form in recent weeks. 

Searle won the PC28 tournament last week 8-6 against Mario Vandenbogaerde, and reached the quarter-final of PC30. His record now reads as 8-2 in his last 10 matches.
