France vs Serbia Prediction & Betting Tips - Nations League

France will meet Serbia on Saturday evening in the 2026 Volleyball Nations League. The Roosters have won their last four matches against this opponent, and we fancy them to extend that record here as our main prediction.

Following a poor first week in which they lost three of their four matches, France have been much improved in Week 2, having won both games against Iran and Cuba ahead of this one. 

Trevor Clevenot had a big outing for the Roosters in their last match, top-scoring for the team with 20 points. Mathis Henno is their leading scorer in the competition to date with 95 points. 

With those two wins, France are now 13th in the standings. They have won four of their last 10 matches in all competitions, but have only lost one of their last six against their upcoming opponent. 

Meanwhile, Serbia have struggled for consistency in the 2026 VNL. In Week 2, they lost their opening match 3-1 to Japan before bouncing back with a victory over Cuba with the same scoreline. 

Lazar Marinovic played a starring role for the team in the victory against Cuba with 18 points. Veljko Mašulović is their leading scorer in the competition with 72 points, but he was rested in the last match. 

Serbia are currently in sixth place in the standings. They are 4-6 in their last 10 matches, and last beat this opponent in the 2021 edition of this competition.
