Bayern Munich remained four points clear at the top of the Bundesliga after a 2-0 win at Union Berlin last Sunday. Another three points looks very likely when they host Eintracht Frankfurt who are 13th in the Bundesliga. Bayern just carried on where they left off and their away win made it ten wins and a draw from their last 11 fixtures. Their dominance is shown by the fact they have scored 40 goals and conceded just six in those 11 games. Just scoring against Bayern is difficult with the last three games won by a 10-0 aggregate score. Their home form has produced nine league victories and number ten looks on its way on Saturday.

Eintracht Frankfurt find thenselves just five points above the relegation play-off position. They are in freefall with four straight league defeats and more worryingly, 13 goals conceded. They returned to action with a home game against Borussia Monchengladbach and it proved to be a miserable match for them. Frankfurt went a goal down in the very first minute and it was 2-0 six minutes later. They did well to keep the defeat down to 3-1 but how can their poor defending cope against the rampant league leaders? Frankfurt also just happen to have the worst away record in the Bundesliga.
