Cesc Fàbregas will hope to welcome back a refreshed Como side after the international break. Sitting eighth, they will be at home to take on league leaders AS Roma on matchday six. These two sides’ recent outings have been coming alive after the break, and our prediction here is for the second half to have the most goals.
Como were shocked in the first half in their last game though. Before heading into the international break, Como travelled to newly promoted Frosinone as favorites, but came out with their first loss of the season, beaten 2-0.
It was yet another outing without a clean sheet, while they were stopped from scoring for the first time this season.
After Como saw their 10-game unbeaten run end, Roma come up with a 13-match undefeated streak to protect. Like Como before last round, the last team to beat Roma was Inter Milan, back in April.
They managed 10 wins in that stretch and will come here seeking to shake off champions Inter and Lazio at the league summit. Roma might have been toppled by the time they get to face Como, though, as Inter Milan play 24 hours earlier.
