Chelsea are fourth in the Premier League and have a seven point lead over Wolverhampton Wanderers in fifth. They look for another three points as they host struggling West Ham United who have slumped to 17th in the table. Chelsea lost at Manchester City last weekend and that ended a run of six straight wins in the Premier League. Their opponents can only dream at present of being so successful. Chelsea have won each of their last three home league games and kept a clean sheet in all of those games. They will hope to prosper this weekend against a struggling West Ham side.

The Hammers made a good start to this new season after investing heavily in the summer. At one stage they were as high as third in the table but West Ham are on a terrible run at present. Just two points from their last seven games and they are just one place above the relegation zone. Each of their last three league games has seen them concede three goals and if the wins don't come soon, Manuel Pellegrini may well lose his job. West Ham have failed to score in three of their last four away league games and haven't won an away game against Chelsea since 2002. Go for a home win in this game.
