It's going to be a massive few weeks for Chelsea with two cup finals to play. They are third in the Premier League and host Arsenal who are down in ninth. Chelsea are six points above fifth placed West Ham who are struggling for form. There's a seven point lead over Liverpool in sixth but they will have two games in hand after Chelsea play Arsenal. Chelsea could be fourth by the time this match begins, that'll happen if Leicester beat Manchester United on Tuesday. Anything less than a win for Leicester (who Chelsea play on Saturday in the FA Cup final) will be a great boost for Chelsea's Champions League hopes. The weekend saw them win at Manchester City making it seven league and cup games since their last loss. They have won four and drawn one in the Premier League since that shock home loss to West Brom. That's their only home defeat in the last eight league games at Stamford Bridge, and the only one in which they have conceded a goal. Both Madrid sides have also failed to score at Stamford Bridge in recent weeks.

While Chelsea have two chances of securing Champions League football next season, Arsenal have none.. Their last chance died when being knocked out of the Europa League by Villarreal last Thursday. The weekend saw them beat West Brom 3-1 at home but they are still ninth in the table and four points behind Tottenham in seventh. The FA Cup being won on Saturday by a team that doesnt finish in the top four (or win the Champions League) would make their task even harder. A season without European football would be a financial nightmare for Arsenal. Their last five away league games have produced three wins and two draws. Not since 2011 have they won a league game at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea will want to try to get Champions League qualification confirmed as soon as possible. Back them to get a home win here.
