Bulgaria will face off against Poland in Week 3 of the 2026 FIVB Nations League this Wednesday evening. The White and Reds had a flawless second week in this competition, and our prediction is that they will kick off Week 3 with another victory. 

Bulgaria enjoyed a solid second week in the 2026 Nations League, winning three of their four games to take their tally to five victories in eight. They are now in eighth place in the standings. 

Aleksandar Nikolov has been incredible for his side in this tournament. The 22-year-old outside hitter leads the entire competition with 194 points, including eight blocks and 12 serve points.

Meanwhile, after an underwhelming first week, Poland’s star returned in Week 2 and helped the team win all four of their matches, which also took them up to third place in the standings. 

Bartlomiej Boladz was one of the players who returned to The White and Reds’ lineup in Week 2, and he now leads the team with 76 points, averaging an incredible 19 points per match. 

Poland have now won eight of their last 10 matches in all competitions. Notably, their only loss against this opponent since 2017 came in this tournament last year.
