There's League Two action this weekend at The Hive as newly-promoted Barnet seek to break their points and goals duck in the league against last season's beaten playoff finalists Walsall. Bees fans won't be buzzing following a poor start to the season, which has seen their team eliminated from the League Cup and lose their opening two games. Sadlers fans will be happier having collected three points. So who will our prediction back to win this match?
Dean Brennan's Barnet side have had a torrid start to the season. After a 2-2 draw in the League Cup Preliminary Round with Newport, they lost out 4-2 on penalties. Then when the league season started, they went down to a 2-0 home defeat to Fleetwood Town on the opening day and then last weekend, were beaten 2-0 by local rivals Bromley on the road. They now sit bottom of the table after two games.
Walsall began their season with an exciting 2-1 home win over Swindon on the opening weekend of action, despite playing most of the game with ten men. However, a trip to Kent proved tough as they went down to a narrow 1-0 defeat to Gillingham last weekend. In midweek, they earned a creditable 0-0 draw with Stoke City in the EFL Cup, but lost out 4-3 on penalties. They lie 13th in the League Two table after two games.
