Atalanta host Sassuolo in their final league fixture of the season knowing that a win will guarantee them finishing third in Serie A and qualifying for the Champions League next season for the first time in their history. It's not clear cut though because Inter and Milan can both go ahead of Atalanta to dump them into the Europa League. Milan are only a point behind and if ending up level on points with Atalanta would go above them on head-to-head results. Their final game is away at SPAL, while fourth-placed Inter (who have to get more points than Atalanta to go above them) are home to Empoli.

The home side are undefeated in their last 12 league games and had won four in a row before last week's draw at Juventus. Home form is strong with only a loss to Miian in their last 11 played. Sassuolo are 10th in the league, 23 points behind their opponents. Only two of their last 16 league games have been won and those were against relegated Chievo and totally out-of-form Fiorentina. On their travels, Sassuolo have only won four league games this season, two against relegated sides. Go for a home win here with Atalanta leading at both half and full time.
