Third-placed Monaco will welcome ninth-placed Partizan Belgrade when they resume their EuroLeague campaign on Friday. Read on to find our prediction for this must-win match for both teams.
Monaco have won their last three fixtures in Europe. They have defeated Bologna, Madrid and Baskonia, averaging 85 points a game. Vasilis Spanoulis’ men, who are battling to end the regular season top, defeated Baskonia 92-85 at home in midweek.
This was their 16th win of the campaign and kept them within two wins of league leaders Olympiacos. Monaco defeated Partizan in the reverse match back in October to extend their winning run in this fixture to two games.
Vitto Brown and Elie Okobo remain in the injury report and could be absent once again.
Partizan got back to winning ways with a midweek 81-71 success away to Bologna. They had lost to domestic rivals Zvezda at home to see a six-match winning streak across all competitions halted.
The win over Bologna has moved Zeljko Obradovic’s men back into the playoff bracket, where they intend to remain. Partizan have compiled a nervy 13-12 record and are tied with the two teams directly below them.
This means failure to win against Monaco could see the Serbian giants tumble right back out of the top 10.

Our AS Monaco vs KK Partizan Beograd Nis Prediction
Our prediction for Monaco v Partizan Belgrade is: KK Partizan Beograd Nis wins the match. Both Monaco and Partizan are coming into this match in excellent form. We are likely to witness an intense battle therefore, with very little set to separate the two.
The visitors are our choice to win though as they arrive in better form. They also have compiled a winning streak when competing away from home in Europe. The hosts have one of the best home records, but for this match, they are likely to be without one of their key players. Elie Okobo is Monaco’s second-leading scorer and has missed recent fixtures.
