Arthur Fery vs Lorenzo Musetti Prediction & Betting Tips - ATP US Open

After reaching the Winston Salem Open final, unseeded Arthur Fery has a tough task in round one of the US Open. He takes on the 13th seed Lorenzo Musetti. The Italian has been very consistent on outdoor hard courts this year and our prediction is he will win set one and match.

Round two will see the winner take on either Dane Sweeny or Corentin Moutet, both unseeded.

Arthur Fery reached the last four at Wimbledon this year and last week was the runner-up to Ignacio Buse in Winston Salem. He has won 12 of his 17 matches played on outdoor hard courts this year. 

Aside from Winston Salem, the British player has only once made it past the second round on an outdoor hard court in 2026. He only just missed out on being seeded for this Grand Slam and is currently 33rd in the rankings, 19 places below his opponent. 

Lorenzo Musetti has a 13-6 outdoor hard court record in 2026. He has also reached one final on this surface with a run to the title decider in Hong Kong earlier this year. He has also been a quarter-finalist in the Australian Open and recently in Washington and Cincinnati.

He's yet to lose in round one of a tournament this year..
