Another Title for the Premier League?
Manchester City were crowned champions of Europe when beating Inter in the 2022-23 final. They have made a strong start to the new season with the only downside being the loss to injury of Kevin De Bruyne. Erling Haaland is again scoring lots of goals and the strength in depth of Pep Guardiola's squad is awesome. They are 3.00 at bet365 to again win the Champions League.
Three of the last five seasons have seen an English team win the Champions League. Last season saw English clubs win two of the three European competitions with West Ham also winning the Conference League. Will there be even more success in 2023-24?.
Arsenal make their return to the competition this season and could go well. They lack recent experience in the Champions League but no one will fancy a trip to the Emirates. A quarter final looks likely for the Gunners who are 12.00 at Vbet to win the Champions League.
Manchester United haven't made the best of starts to the new season. Ten Hag still hasn't quite got it right at Old Trafford and have to play Bayern Munich in the group stages. Galatasaray also have to be faced but the Red Devils should be able to make it to the knockout stages. William Hill have them at 21.00 to lift the trophy and that does look unlikely,
The same goes for Newcastle United who have struggled so far in the new Premier League season. On their return to Europe they have been given a tough group with PSG, Borussia Dortmund and Milan to face. It's 26.00 at bet365 that they win the Champions League but there's every chance they may well end up in the Europa League. Bellingham on Fire at Real
Real Madrid have won the Champions League more times than any club. They already have seven title triumphs and last won the Champions League in 2022. They may not have been able to sign Kylian Mbappe (yet) but the purchase of Jude Bellingham from Borussia Dortmund has been a massive hit.
The England international is already the top scorer in La Liga and he could well help Real win a 15th final. They face Italian champions Napoli in the group stages but also Braga and Union Berlin. There should be no problem making it into the last eight. You can get odds of 8.00 at Unibet on them again becoming European champions.
Elsewhere in Spain, all eyes will be on Barcelona. The past two seasons have seen them fail to get out of their group. That took them into the Europa League and they didn't make much impact there either. This season sees them up against Porto, Shakhtar Donetsk and Antwerp. This time they should get through and are 15.00 at Vbet to win the trophy.
Atletico Madrid are up against Feyenoord, Celtic and Lazio and should qualify for the knockout stages but don't look European champions. Real Sociedad may well struggle to get out of a group that includes Benfica, Inter and Red Bull Salzburg.
European Glory for Kane?
Harry Kane played one Champions League final while at Tottenham. Now he's at Bayern Munich and has a chance of again getting that far. He's already scoring goals for his new club who are 6.50 at bet365 to win the Champions League. It's not all about Kane and Leroy Sane is also in good scoring form. Bayern last won the Champions League in 2020 and this season might just see them make it to Wembley, a ground Kane knows only too well.
Borussia Dortmund are a tough group with Newcastle, PSG and Milan and might struggle to get a top-two finish. The same goes for Union Berlin but RB Leipzig might just be able to get second spot behind Manchester City in Group G and edge out Red Star Belgrade and Young Boys. Bayern look like the only possible German team that can go deep in a fascinating Champions League.
