These two countries were fully expected to dominate this FIBA World Basketball Cup group and that's just how it is working out. Both the USA ans Turkey won their opening fixtures and now face each other on Tuesday. The USA are the number one world ranked team and looking to win this title for the third time in a row. They were never in danger in their opening match against the Czech Republic. America won the opening quarter by three points but stormed ahead in the second, winning that by 11 points. They  started slowly in the second half with their lead cut to 11 points but reovered well to again drew away from their opponents in the second half to run out winners by 88 points to 67, Donovan Mitchell was their top scorer with 16 points 

Turkey will prove more difficult opponents in this second group match. They beat Japan 86-67 in their first group fixture of this tournament. The Turks put their stamp on the match right from the start and were 16 points ahead at the end of the first quarter. Japan pulled four points back in the second quarter but coudln't narrow that gap further in the second half with Turkey increasing their lead. The USA have won their previous games against Turkey and can get another win here. Go for them to win on a -17.5 handicap.
