Sporting Lisbon will host Santa Clara at the Estádio José Alvalade in round 16 of the Taca de Portugal. Both sides have already met once this season with Santa Clara securing a 1-0 away victory in Liga Portugal. Here's our match prediction.

It was in this competition that the new gaffer João Pereira secured his first win in charge, wiping out third-tier outfit Amarante in a 6-0 home victory.

The Azoreans secured their place in the round of 16 of the Taca de Portugal emerging victorious in back-to-back 1-0 victories on the road against Gondomar and Famalicao.

They'll be bidding to make their second consecutive appearance in the quarter-final of the Taca de Portugal following their elimination at the hands of FC Porto in the previous edition.
