The penultimate match in Pool A at the 2026 European Championship will see Slovakia taking on Greece on Thursday evening. Slovakia have lost all their matches in this competition, and our prediction is that they will exit the tournament winless. 

Slovakia will be making their final appearance at the 2026 EuroVolley here. They have lost all four of their matches in the tournament and are already eliminated from qualification to the Final round. 

Their most recent defeat came against Sweden 3-1 on Wednesday afternoon. Erik Glak led the team with 19 points, including four aces in the defeat, while Jakub Inhat added 16 points. 

Slovakia are now on an eight-match losing streak over the past month and have lost three of their last five encounters against their upcoming opponents.

Greece have split their last 10 matches in all competitions, five wins and five defeats. Their last win against this opponent came in a friendly in September 2019.
