Serbia face Estonia in Pool C at the 2026 EuroVolley in Tampere on Friday afternoon. Serbia have dominated this matchup historically, and our prediction is that they will win this one fairly comfortably. 

Serbia have won the European Championships three times in their history, with their last triumph coming in 2019. They reached the quarter-finals in 2023 before bowing out to eventual champions Poland. 

However, 2026 has not been the best for the Serbians, as they failed to reach the Final round in the Nations League and won just two of their five matches at the Mediterranean Games last month. 

Serbia have won just three of their last 10 matches across all competitions, but they have never lost to their upcoming opponents in a competitive matchup.

Meanwhile, Estonia will be looking for better this year after failing to get beyond the group stage of the 2023 European Championship, finishing in fifth place in their pool. 

This year has been better for them, though, as they won four of their five European league matches, as well as each of their six friendlies leading up to this competition. 

Estonia have won 11 of their last 12 matches across all competitions, with the only exception being a defeat to Sweden in mid-June.
