Osasuna will look to stay in the mix for European qualification as they host Sevilla in a La Liga Matchday 33 fixture on Thursday. This match at El Sadar between the 11th-placed Los Rojillos and 15th-placed Los Nervionenses comes with our prediction of both teams scoring goals.

With 41 points in their kitty, Osasuna are two points behind the top eight teams at the start of this round. That would guarantee a spot in Europe next season. Sevilla are a further four points behind and six points above the relegation zone.

A 3-2 away win at Real Valladolid last weekend was a second win in a row for Osasuna, following their 2-1 win over Girona. They now have eight points from their last four matches and have an outside chance of qualifying in the top eight.

Their form at this venue could be critical, as Osasuna could only win two of their last nine home league games (D5, L2).

Sevilla drew 1-1 at home against Alaves at the weekend, helping end a four-game losing streak. This sequence has dragged them down and added a bit of fear about relegation worries creeping back.

Being on the road saw Sevilla lose their last two league trips, but an unbeaten five-match sequence before that (W3, D2) indicates they can be a tricky visitor.
