For the first time in over two years, Norwich and Brighton will be squaring off, this time in the FA Cup. The last time the two teams met, it was in the Premier League and below we have a prediction of their Saturday match.

The new year is already proving fruitful for Norwich. The Canaries are coming into this game having won their last two matches. Two stoppage time goals from Amankwah Forson saw them come from behind to beat Coventry City 2-1.

That extended their undefeated run to four matches, with three of them being wins. The area of improvement for the hosts will be in defence, having managed just one clean sheet in six matches.

Brighton are a tough side to face, as they have proven in recent matches. However, they haven't been able to convert that into wins. Their 1-1 outcome at home to Arsenal marked a fourth straight draw for the Seagulls.

They have failed to win any of their last eight matches, with two of them ending in defeats. Like their hosts, Brighton are also not doing great defensively.

In their last 13 matches, they managed just one clean sheet – a 0-0 draw with Brentford. That, however, is the only time they failed to score in their last 18 outings.
