Forward Zion Williamson scored a game-high 29 points as the New Orleans Pelicans defeated the Chicago Bulls in their most recent game. The Pelicans won the opening two quarters to see off the Bulls 143-130 at Smoothie King Center. That result ended an ugly-looking nine-game losing streak for interim head coach James Borrego's side. 

They are bottom of the Western Conference standings with a dismal 3-15 record. This includes a worrying 1-7 record in their last eight home games. Can they overturn this poor recent run against the Memphis Grizzlies?

The Memphis Grizzlies snapped a four-game losing streak with a 137-96 home win over the Sacramento Kings on November 21. They followed that up with a 102-96 away win over the Dallas Mavericks two days later before suffering a 125-115 defeat to the Denver Nuggets in their last game. 

However, Tuomas Iisalo's team have remained a nemesis for the New Orleans Pelicans in their recent encounters. They have won each of their last five NBA matches against the Pelicans, including their last four trips to face them.
