Napoli can take another step towards winning Serie A  The runaway leaders host Milan who are fourth in a rehearsal for their upcoming Champions League quarter final. Napoli begin the weekend 19 points clear at the top of the table, having won 23 of their 27 games in Serie A this season. It really is just a question of when they will clinch the title. They come into this match having won their last three games to nil and scoring nine goals. They did lose at home to Lazio in early March but have still won ten of their last 11 league games with only three goals conceded. Napoli have the best home record in Serie A with 11 wins, a draw and that loss to Lazio. The reverse fixture against Milan was played in September with a late goal giving Napoli a 2-1 lead.

Milan are in the final Champions League qualifying position but only a point clear of Roma. They host struggling Sampdoria this weekend so it may well be Roma who end the weekend in the Champions League places. Atalanta are in sixth, three points behind Milan but they host bottom-of-the-table Cremonese, so Milan could really do with getting something from this match. Their current form is not good though with only one point from their last three matches in Serie A. Away form is a major worry for Milan with five wins and the same number of losses. The problem is that of those losses, four have come in their last five games on the road. Another defeat is on the way and Napoli can get the win.
