Leicester City are 19th in the Premier League but only two points from safety. A home win over Brentford (who are 11th in the table) will take them out of the relegation places. Can the Foxes get a much-needed win? Read our match prediction.
City have lost their last three games in all competitions. Their Premier League form is appalling even after changing their coach. Nine of their last ten league games have been lost, most recently 2-0 at home to Arsenal last weekend. They are only two points from safety though so they do still have a chance of avoiding relegation. There are just so many problems for them to solve, both at the back and up front.
Brentford will not be easy opponents in this game. If this was being played earlier in the season, Leicester would have been more confident of getting a win. The Bees were terriblle on the road in the first half of the season but that's all changed now. Can they get a fourth away league win?

Leicester - Brentford: Form Analysis
Leicester are in danger of an immediate return to the Championship. It looks as if the relegation issue is down to three teams from Wolves, Ipswich, Leicester and Southampton. The Saints already look doomed, so it’s probably two out of three to go down.
The Foxes are only a couple of points from safety, but their form is not inspiring, particularly at home. They have failed to score in each of their last five home league matches at the King Power Stadium with 11 goals conceded.
City have only won one of their last 11 league fixtures. With upcoming away games at Chelsea, West Ham and Manchester City, they really need something from this match.
Brentford are finally getting away wins.
Brentford were brilliant at home and useless on their travels in the first half of the season. It’s been a total role reversal in the past few weeks. The Bees have earned ten points from their last four away league games with three clean sheets kept.
Meanwhile, just one point has come from their last five home matches. The reverse fixture saw Brentford come from behind to win 4-1.

Leicester & Brentford Squad Analysis
If Leicester are to avoid relegation, they need to start getting some home points. Scoring a goal would be a big help with five straight games being played without one in sight.
Who can score the goals that might save them? Only twice in their last 17 league games have they scored more than once. Jamie Vardy and Jordan Ayew need to rediscover their scoring boots.
City have to stop conceding so many goals.
Tightening up at the back is a massive aim too with 55 league goals conceded this season. Only in the home game against Bournemouth have they kept a Premier League clean sheet. When you're struggling to score yourselves, conceding so many is a total nightmare. Defender James Justin will receive a late fitness test after going off injured last week. Woyo Coulibaly could make his debut.
Brentford have finally learned how to get results on the road. Only two points were earned from their first nine away league games of the season. Since then, the Bees have won three in a row on the road.
Kevin Schade has become so important for them. He’s scored in each of those three away wins. If City want anything from this game, they have to keep him under control. The same applies to Brian Mbeumo who has four goals in their last five away league games.

Our Leicester vs Brentford Prediction
It’s not been a great return to the Premier League for Leicester City. They have struggled all season and come into this match having earned seven points from their last 15 league games. Their home form is dreadful with no goals or points in their last five.
It must be a strange experience supporting Brentord. They have transformed their away form but now struggle to get points at home. The Bees have won their last three away league matches with eight goals scored. Our main Leicester v Brentford prediction is Brentford to win.
