Sunday’s action at the 2026 European Championship draws to a close with Italy taking on Slovakia in Modena. Gli Azzurri have won five of their previous six matches against this opponent, and our prediction is that they add another victory to that tally here. 

Italy entered the 2026 EuroVolley as the second favourite for the title, and so far, they have lived up to expectations, beating Sweden and Greece in their first two matches of the competition.
