23rd seed Felix Auger-Aliassime has twice reached the last eight of the Cincinnati Open. He can make a third appearance if beating unseeded Benjamin Bonzi in round four of the 2025 Cincinnati Open. Here's our match prediction.

Auger-Aliassime has reached this stage without dropping a set. He needed a tie-break against Tomas Martin Etcheverry in his opening match. Round three saw him play another against Arthur Rinderknech and was 4-2 up in set two when his opponent retired. He's now 27th in the live rankings.

The Canadian will be wanting to get as much time on court before the US Open. It's been a poor year for him in Grand Slam tournaments and he's failed to get past round two in the three he's played in 2025.

Each of Bonzi's matches this week have gone to a deciding set. Matteo Arnaldi, eighth-seed Lorenzo Musetti and 25th-seeded Stefanos Tsitsipas have been beaten but in each match, Bonzi had to come from a set down.

It's taken him nearly eight-and-a-half hours to get through to round four. It's a welcome return to form after losing seven consecutive ATP Tour hard court matches before this tournament. The winner of this match will take on either Jannik Sinner or Adrian Mannarino.
