Coco Gauff has won both of her matches so far in this hard cout WTA Finals round-robin group. Her final group match sees the American take on Barbora Krejcikova who has won one of her two matches. Here's our match prediction.
Gauff is in good form at present and has beaten Jessica Pegula and Iga Swiatek in this group. One more win will see her definitely win the group and face either Qinwen Zheng or Jasmine Paolini in the last four. The 20-year-old is yet to drop a set in this tournament with 12 games lost.
Those two wins mean Gauff has won 11 of her last 12 matches. The only player to beat her during this run (which saw her win the China Open) has been Aryna Sabalenka. Gauff trails Krejcikova 1-0 in previous meetings but that was played on clay.
Barbora Krejcikova began this group with a defeat to Iga Swiatek, despite winning the first set. The Czech got off the mark when beating Jessica Pegula in straight sets. Her form hasn't been great since winning Wimbledon in July.
Only a couple of quarter-finals have been reached by Krejcikova since that Grand Slam victory. We tip Gauff to win this match in straight sets and clinch winning the group.
