Lille are still pushing for a place in the Ligue 1 top three, and that will be their agenda when they tackle Brest. These two meet in the 33rd round, with Lille placed fifth and Brest ninth. We have a prediction for this match below.

This season Brest had their first taste of European football, taking part in the Champions League. Balancing that with Ligue 1 assignments proved tricky, and the effects are showing.

The hosts have struggled to get close to the top six, and the highest they can finish is eighth. After three straight winless outings, Brest managed a 1-0 win over relegated Montpellier last time out. 

They will be up against a Lille side they have struggled against in recent meetings. Their reverse match in December ended in a 3-1 win for Lille.
