Luciano Darderi may be the second seed in the outdoor hard court Winston Salem Open, but he is not the favorite to win this match. He takes on 13th seed Botic van de Zandschulp who is in good form and only lost two games in his opening match. Our prediction is a win for van de Zandschulp.

He lost to Brandon Nakashima in the Montreal quarter-final and was then beaten by Rinky Hijikata in Cincinnati.
