Coppa Italia Champions Bologna will look to end their 2024/25 Serie A season on a high with a win over Genoa on the last matchday on Saturday. This match at Stadio Renato Dall'Ara between the eighth-placed Rossoblu and the 13th-placed Grifone comes with our prediction of over 2.5 goals.

Bologna are eighth with 62 points and have already qualified for the Europa League after winning the Coppa Italia competition. Genoa are 13th with 40 points and are guaranteed to finish at that spot.

Only three points separate Bologna from sixth spot, and they can make things interesting with a win here. They were, however, defeated at Fiorentina last matchday by a 3-2 score.

It shouldn’t unnerve the hosts, as playing at this venue brought the best out of Bologna, winning seven of their last nine league matches here.

Genoa’s season seems to have come to an end, as the lack of motivation is showing in recent results. They are winless in six league matches, losing four, including a 3-2 loss at home to Atalanta.

Things aren’t any better on the road, as Genoa are winless across ten away league matches, although they drew five of those. That included a 2-2 away draw at Napoli in their last visit, so Genoa will look to stretch Bologna here.
