FA Cup romance could make it an interesting fourth round as Blackburn Rovers host Wolves. This match at Ewood Park between the Championship side Rovers and the Premier League team Wolves on Sunday comes with our prediction of an away win.

What makes this interesting is the fact that Blackburn are in the running for playoffs in the Championship, while Wolves are just above the relegation zone in the Premier League. The Rovers lost 2-1 at QPR on Tuesday, making it four defeats in their last five matches. This poor form has seen their top-four chances reduce, although they are still in charge of their playoff destiny.

Blackburn had a 1-0 win over Middlesbrough in the previous round of this competition and comes here with history in sight. The Rovers progressed from each of their last six FA Cup fourth round ties and will hope they can do the same here.

Wolves are currently in the middle of a tough Premier League season where focus is on saving the season. Who knows—Wolves and Blackburn could be moving in opposite directions at the end of this season!
