After narrowly surviving relegation last season, Sunderland look set for another long hard battle this time around. Four games in they are bottom of the table without a win and already conceded ten goals plus another three against a League Two side in the Capital One Cup. They have drawn their last two league games against Swansea and Aston Villa but that clean sheet still eludes them. Their main plus this season has been the form of Jermaine Defoe who's scored five goals so far and now faces his old side. He might need to keep scoring if their leaky defence continues to let in goals with at least two conceded in four of their five games this season. Tottenham have also failed to win a Premier League game this season and are only a point ahead of Sunderland and already nine points adrift of the league leaders.They've drawn their last three league games after a 1-0 defeat at Manchester United in their season opener, losing to an own goal. Since then they have drawn with Stoke, Leicester and Everton. They should have beaten Stoke after leading 2-0 and led 1-0 at Leicester. One problem they've had this season is the fact Harry Kane hasn't scored for them. He did manage two goals for England over the past few days and the sight of a leaky Sunderland defence might work wonders for him and get Tottenham a first win of the league season.
