We have a game between the top two teams in the Premier League but there's a massive gap in class between leaders Manchester City and second placed Crystal Palace. City had a poor run in February and March to blame for their failure to win the Premier League last season. Since then they have won a club record ten league games in a row. This season they have won all four of their games including a home win over Chelsea and a difficult away trip at Everton. They've scored ten and are yet to concede a goal and wherever you look in their team there appears to be players in top form. Crucially players such as Kompany, Toure and Silva are back in form and £49m signing Raheem Sterling has settled in well. With De Bruyne now part of the squad, City just keep getting stronger.This won't be the easiest of games though because Crystal Palace have been making great strides since Alan Pardew took over as manager. They did get a rare win over City last season but that was at a time when Pellegrini's side were going through a a bad patch So far this season they have beaten Norwich and Aston Villa and earned a shock 2-1 win at Chelsea a fortnight ago. They did lose 2-1 at home to Arsenal and even though they have shown improved form this season, that hasn't been against a side as impressive as City and their midfield will do well to make an impact in this game.
