The Buccaneers, who have won their last two games thanks to an increasingly strong running game, will arrive as underdogs at Soldier Field for a must-see game against the Bears, who boast a winning record.
A torrential downpour in Week 6 forced the Bucs into a game of pure rushing offense, in which they incredibly failed to complete a single pass, yet still defeated the Falcons 16-0. In their two games against Carolina and Atlanta, they amassed 582 rushing yards in a change of strategy that is partly a response to QB Baker Mayfield's thumb injury.
The Bears are enjoying the return of their QB and leader, Caleb Williams, who completed 24 of 34 passes in Chicago's recent 34-17 victory over Seattle. It was a game where wide receiver Burden recorded 7 receptions, while the rushing offense was less than stellar, and Johnson recently described it as inconsistent.
